(April 7, 2016) -- Pure Image Laser and Spa opened less than a year ago on the south east side of Indianapolis at 5222 S. East Street Suite B-1.

It's their first time taking part in National Spa Week which is April 11 through April 17. Spa Week happens twice a year and it’s a great time to get spa services for 50 percent off, if not more.

“I feel like it helps the aging process with my skin and it keeps my skin nourished and looking good, and that’s why I recommend trying out Spa Week,” said Melissa Burns.

Burns loves the service and what it does for her skin, and chances are you will love the price. Each year a few local spas agree to offer certain services for $50. Most of the services are typically $100 or more!

“We are offering a back facial with extractions and a foot scrub, great for spring and summertime to really polish the backside when you are going to be wearing backless shirts, or no shirts, or if you're going to be out by the swimming pool,” said Mechelle Castor, co-owner Pure Image Laser and Spa (call them at 317.820.5288).

Castor says they're offering three items, all for $50. Keep in mind, the services are generally double that. That includes laser hair removal, extractions and custom massages.

“People really enjoy the benefits of a facial and they love the massage they get along with the facial. And a lot of people don't even know you get the massage,” said Christina Thomas of Pure Image Laser and Spa.

Another Indianapolis spa taking part is Healthy Habits Therapeutic Massage.

They're offering three services as well. You can choose between a 60-minute deep tissue massage, a 50-minute hot stone massage or a 60-minute Swedish massage. They’re located at 7002 Graham Road, Suite 206 in Indianapolis (317.434.4133).

While Spa Week begins on April 11, you should book before then. To sign up, visit Spaweek.com or contact the participating spas directly. But hurry before they're booked.
