INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (Oct. 8, 2015)-- Spa week is back in central Indiana in a big way. It started in 2004 and it's still going strong.

Customers can get certain spa services, all for $50 from October 12-18. Those services are often double that price.

"For people who are new to our spa and haven't tried these services, like a seaweed pedicure wrap, you're not going to get a better deal," said Allyssa Sturgill with WoodHouse Day Spa in Fishers.

Go to this website and see which spas in your area are taking part, and what they offer. In central Indiana, WoodHouse Day Spa, Philipes and Number 7 Salon & Spa are all offering $50 deals.  WoodHouse has only been around for 2 years, but they have several services they're offering at a big discount.

"We're also doing a microdermabrasion facial which is very unique. It's a $125 facial, which is a really fantastic facial that we're doing for just $50 that week, so it's $75 off, " said Terri Smith, Owner of WoodHouse Day Spa.

WoodHouse in Fishers is also doing a $50 Swedish massage which is normally $90! It's a luxurious treatment, but for some it's not just enjoyable, it's a necessity.

"I'm a rehab specialist and I'm on his feet 12 hours a day. My feet get a lot of wear and tear. I'm getting a seaweed wrap treatment on my feet and calves because those areas of my body are really important to my job. I have to be over patients working on them, and I can't be in worse shape than they are," said client Cameron Butler.

Spa Week is a way for spas to get new customers, but it's also a chance for spas to give back and for customers to experience a  treatment they might not have purchased otherwise. For other customers, it's a great week to save on treatments they get more often.

"I'm getting a microdermabrasion facial. I've had them in the past. I love how they exfoliate the skin and make my other skin products apply very easily," said WoodHouse client Christina Gianaris.
