17-year-old in good condition after Christmas shooting

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (December 25, 2015) — Metro police are investigating a shooting that left a 17-year-old wounded. This happened near Olive Street and Woodlawn Avenue, close to Fountain Square around 6 p.m. Friday.

Police said the 17-year-old was found shot in the right leg in the front of a home near that intersection.  Aggravated assault detectives were called to the scene. The teen was transported to Eskenazi Health in good condition. At this time, no arrests have been made.
