INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (July 5, 2015) – The 4th Annual Taste of Indy event kicks off Sunday morning downtown.

The event hosts more than 30 food vendors, comprised of food trucks and local restaurants showcasing some of their most popular dishes. Foods from many cultures are represented, including Cajun, Mediterranean, Soul, BBQ, and Greek.

There’s also activities and events for the kids, including video games and a mechanical surf board.

Entertainment is sure to please the crowds. There’s also 13 musical acts and many of them are local talent.

“It’s just an opportunity for local artists, local musicians, local food vendors just to show off what Indianapolis, Indiana has to offer,” said Jonathan Warren, vendor relations for Taste of Indy.

Admission is $8 for adults and free for kids 3 and under. The event runs Sunday, July 5th from 11:00 am until 9:00 pm at the White River State Park.
