INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (Nov. 27, 2015)—All lanes of I-65 going northbound and southbound at the I-70 north split are closed due to a crash.
The accident is near the Washington St. exit downtown.
INDOT expects the lanes to be closed for two hours.
The accident is the third to close lanes in the area.
