Bacon Brothers, Cheerleading competition and finding the best pie highlight Saturday at the Fair

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Finding something to cheer about at the Indiana State Fair on Saturday won’t be hard to do. Plenty of activities, along with the Cheerleading Competition, Giant Pumpkin Weigh-off, and a concert by Michael and Kevin Bacon highlight the day.

Fair gates open at 8 a.m. on Hoosier Lottery Day at the Fair which includes some of the following highlights:

  •   9 a.m. –      Indiana State Fair & Traditional Arts Indiana Fiddle Contest
  • 10 a.m. –     Cheerleading Competition Preliminaries
  • 12 p.m. –    Gold Medal Flour “Best Pie” Contest
  • 2-4 p.m. –   Ultimate Grilled Cheese Contest presented by American Dairy Association Indiana Inc.
  • 7:30 p.m. – Concert by the The Bacon Brothers
