INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (June 27,2015) – Police say a woman grabbed a handgun out of her car and fired shots at a bar.

Reports say she got into a confrontation with staff at the R and R Bar on 75th and Shadeland Ave.

At around 2:25 a.m. she went out into the parking lot, grabbed a gun, and shot at the bar.

The bouncer was shot 4 times. He was escorted to Methodist in very serious condition.

The condition of the bouncer has improved.

Police say 23-year-old Aaron Gardenhire has been upgraded from critical to serious but stable condition.

Two patrons ages 24 and 33 received minor injuries in that shooting incident outside the R and R Bar and Grill at 7526 North Shadeland Avenue.

Investigators say the woman fired 7 to 8 shots toward the bar before fleeing in a red SUV.

No arrests have been made yet.
