(May 9, 2014) – You’ve probably never been behind the wheel of an IndyCar—but thanks to Google Glass, you can see what it’s like.
Verizon IndyCar Series driver Graham Rahal and owner Bobby Rahal of Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing teamed up with Engage Mobile so race fans can see the world through the eyes of an IndyCar driver.
So far, they’ve released two different videos on YouTube. In the first, race fans get to see what it’s like to make a pit stop from the perspective of the driver and pit crew members. In the second, Graham Rahal takes a lap on the new road course for this weekend’s Grand Prix of Indianapolis.

The Rahals said they’re always looking at new technology to give them an edge when competing on the track.
