INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (Jan. 8, 2016) – A driver lost control of his car early Friday morning, slamming into several pumps at a southwest side Indianapolis gas station.

The impact caused a fire to break out. According to the Wayne Township Fire Department, the crash happened just before 3:50 a.m. at the Marathon Gas Station at 2810 W. Kentucky Ave.

Crews from the Wayne Township and Decatur Township fire departments arrived to find the car and fuel pumps on fire. They had it under control in about five minutes.
