CARMEL, Ind. — Carmel Clay Township Fire Station 45 unveiled a safe haven baby box on Friday morning. This is the sixth baby box in Indiana and the first in Hamilton County.
The baby boxes allow new parents to safely surrender their newborns without fear of prosecution.
