Carmel police find missing 16-year-old girl

Update: Carmel police located the girl on Sunday, May 8. Her picture and name have been removed from the story due to the fact that she is a juvenile.

CARMEL, Ind. – Carmel police are searching for a missing 16-year-old girl. She was last seen Thursday, April 28th, 2016, in the area of 520 East Main Street in Carmel. She was wearing black jeans, a black shirt under a pink and black button down shirt, and black and white tennis shoes.

She is 5”10” tall and weighs approximately 215 pounds. She is a black female with a lighter skin tone and has black and pink hair and brown eyes.

She has been known to travel to Indianapolis (38th and Capitol Avenue area) with unknown adult males and females.

Police are asking that if anyone has information on her whereabouts to contact the Carmel Police Department Investigations Division at 571-2511 or Crime Stoppers of Central Indiana 317-262-8477 (TIPS).
