CARMEL – Police say the parents of a missing Carmel woman need help finding their daughter.

The parents of Mary Gabinet, 22, last saw her Thursday night, when she headed for the Mousetrap Bar & Grill in Broad Ripple.

Four days later, Carmel police issued a missing persons alert. The woman’s parents said she was seen leaving the bar with a man she didn’t know. Friends told them she’d been drinking and was looking for a ride home.

The man was described as tall with closely-cropped hair or a shaved head. Gabinet’s car, a green 2000 Saturn, is also missing. It’s possible the man drove the car, which has Indiana license plate VHH177. She was also seen at A1 Liquor Store, 1721 E. 52nd St.

Gabinet’s family is concerned about her health, and say she has trouble with her balance and dizzy spells. She takes medication, which her parents believe she had with her Thursday night.

Gabinet, who’s also nicknamed “Zebra,” is 5’7” and 105 pounds. She recently changed her hair to a Mohawk style. The woman has several tattoos, including musical notes on her right ankle and right groin area. She also has a “Product of Canada” stamp on her left shoulder.

Anyone with information should call Carmel police at (317) 571-2511 or Crime Stoppers of Central Indiana 317-262-8477 (TIPS).
