WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind.—The probe into the death of a 21-year-old Purdue University senior continues after the student was found deceased in his campus apartment last Thursday.

University officials confirmed Aaron Bulger was found dead in his Brownstone Apartments unit around 3 p.m. It is still unclear when or how he died, but authorities do not suspect foul play. According to Bulger’s obituary, the Mishawaka native passed away while he was sleeping.

Bulger was admitted to the university’s Vet Scholar Program and a student of the College of Agriculture department. He was beginning his senior year with a 3.85 GPA and was a member of the Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity.

Friends and family gathered on Sunday at the Hahn Funeral Home for a visitation held in Bulger’s honor. His funeral was held Monday morning at St. Matthew’s Cathedral.
