Charges dismissed against man in murder case due to evidentiary problems

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (Nov. 4, 2014)– Charges have been dropped in a murder case that happened on the northwest side of Indianapolis

Timothy Loynes, 31, was killed on April 14, 2013 in the 1500 block of W. 27th St.

Bryant Stone, 39, of Indianapolis, was arrested in connection with this crime. According to Stone’s attorney, the charges were dropped due to “evidentiary problems.”

An Indianapolis man has been arrested for the murder of another man on the near northwest side.

Bryant Stone, 39, of Indianapolis, was arrested on a murder charge Tuesday. Stone is accused of shooting and killing Loynes, 31, on April 14, 2013, in the 1500 block of W. 27th St.
