This list will be updated as the storm progresses.

State offices will be open on Wednesday, December 26. However, consistent with past practices, non-essential employees who live in areas where snow emergencies have been declared and where roads are closed for official vehicles only are not required to report to work. This is effective statewide.  Each agency has operational plans for emergency situations and necessary personnel.

Residents are encouraged to stay indoors to avoid dangerous road conditions, paying attention to state travel advisories.

A Travel Advisory means routine travel or activities may be restricted in areas due to a hazardous situation. Citizens should use caution or avoid these areas.

A Travel Watch means conditions are threatening to the safety of the public. Only essential travel is recommended (i.e. to and from work, emergency situations, etc.)

A Travel Warning means travel may be restricted to emergency personnel only. Citizens are directed to refrain from all travel, comply with necessary emergency measures, cooperate with public officials and disaster services forces in executing emergency operations plans, and comply with the directions of properly identified officers.
