INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (Sept. 18, 2015) - Former Subway Spokesperson Jared Fogle is asking the court to keep details of his medical evaluation under wraps. His attorney filed a motion in federal court requesting to seal specific information.

Court documents show Fogle has requested to travel outside the court's jurisdiction for the medical evaluation. Under this latest motion, information regarding the location of the medical facility and timing of the evaluation would not be made public. Attorneys representing Fogle also cited the significant media coverage this case has received.

"He will have to be in treatment for the rest of his life," said Carol Juergensen-Sheets, a Certified Sexual Addiction Therapist.

Fogle is awaiting sentencing in his child pornography case. He pled guilty to child pornography charges and having sex with minors. A sentencing date is set for November 19.

Certified Sexual Addiction Therapist explained it's not uncommon to seek an evaluation and treatment prior to sentencing.

"Often times people really want to show the court that they understand the gravity of their own situation," said Juergensen-Sheets.

She also went on to explain the evaluation process that Fogle appears to be seeking.

"The initial evaluation will be by a team of specialists, a psychiatrist, a psychologist and then the facility therapist to assess his sense of conscience. Does he believe that he was in the wrong? They'll be looking at a variety of disorders," said Juergensen Sheets.

Fogle's attorney has not commented.
