The Daviess County Sheriff’s office has confirmed that a “person of interest” in the death of Travis Woodruff  in Daviess County has been found dead in Alabama of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

Jeffery Dyer, 40, of Oden was found dead inside his truck along Interstate 10 near Mobile after Alabama police spotted and identified his truck after receiving a bulletin about his being wanted in Indiana.
