INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (December 17, 2015) – Indianapolis police are searching for at least four intruders following two home invasions and a burglary Thursday morning.

The first home invasion occurred in the 3700 block of Creston Drive near Rockville Road and Holt Road around 9 a.m. The homeowner and a woman were home at the time. According to police, four to five black males forced their way into the home when the homeowner opened the front door. The intruders punched the man and the woman in the face. They ransacked the home and stole two vehicles and a purse.

A short time later, a home in the 100 block of Vine Street was burglarized. This home is less than a mile away from the home on Creston Drive. FOX59’s Aishah Hasnie spoke with the homeowner; he said his house was burglarized on Monday as well, so he installed a home security system. Surveillance footage shows at least four black males in his home. They stole home entertainment equipment and guns.

A third incident occurred about five miles north of the burglary. According to police, a couple was at their home in the 3100 block of Midvale Drive when several suspects broke in and assaulted the male homeowner.

Police say the suspect and vehicle descriptions in all three incidents are similar, and they are trying to connect the three crimes.
