Update (May 15, 2017)– Ryan Claborn pleaded guilty to sexual misconduct with a minor and was sentenced to 14 years in the Indiana Department of Correction. He also pleaded guilty to battery and will serve one year concurrent with the other charge. Other charges of possession of methamphetamine and maintaining a common nuisance were dismissed.
NEW CASTLE, Ind. – Police in Henry County arrested two people in connection with an investigation into methamphetamine.
The arrests came as a result of a joint investigation involving the Pendleton District Meth Suppression Team and the Henry County Drug Task Force. Officers served a search warrant at a home on North 26th Street around 8:15 p.m. Tuesday.
Police arrested Ryan Claborn, 27, on charges of possession of methamphetamine and maintaining a common nuisance. Dana Flick, 36, was also taken into custody on charges of possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a common nuisance and possession of a hypodermic needle.
Both were taken to the Henry County Jail.
