INDIANAPOLIS (July 25, 2014) – Indianapolis Metropolitan police arrested two teenage brothers in connection with a shooting that injured a woman who was sitting on her porch.

Nineteen-year-old Shaun White and his 17-year-old brother were arrested on a preliminary charge of attempted murder. The younger brother’s name and mugshot were not released because he is a juvenile.

Detectives believe a third person may have been involved but haven’t been able to identify the individual, who may have been arguing with the brothers before the shooting.

Sally Lisenby ended up in the hospital after she was shot while sitting on her porch Thursday afternoon. Dispatchers were flooded with 911 calls around 4:30 p.m. as people reported hearing shots fired near East 34th Street and Guilford Avenue. Family members told FOX59 Lisenby is 89 years old.

She was taken to Eskenazi Hospital and is now recovering at home, police said.

An officer was also fired at during the dispute but was not hurt.
