INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (April 12, 2016)– The Dalai Lama will visit Indianapolis on June 25.

The Center for Interfaith Cooperation and the Indiana Buddhist Center are hosting the event. The Dalai Lama will give a public talk entitled “Compassion as the Pillar of World Peace.”

The speech will be given at Indiana Farmers Coliseum on the State Fairgrounds. Thousands of people from around the world are expected to attend.

According to the Center for Interfaith Cooperation, more than 10,000 people attended his speech when the Dalai Lama visited in May 2010.
