Fire damages Perry Township school buses

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (March 10, 2016) – A fire damaged three school Perry Township school buses Thursday morning.

Firefighters were called to West Edgewood Avenue and South Harding Street around 1:20 a.m. in response to reports of a fire.

According to a spokesman for the school district, the buses were spares and the fire didn’t affect bus routes Thursday morning. Investigators said the fire was accidental, although no specific details on the cause were available.
