WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. — As the year winds down and comes to a close, November reminds us to take a moment to reflect and salute all those servicemen and women who helped make this country what it is — and what it will continue to be.
It’s only fitting then that on Veterans Day, smack-dab in the middle of Veterans and Military Families Month, that we take time to honor veterans of the past, present and future with this special episode.
On the latest episode of Full Steam Ahead: A Podcast About Purdue, FOX59’s Adam Bartels talks with Shelley MacDermid Wadsworth, the director of the Military Family Research Institute at Purdue, about the many programs Purdue has to offer military families, along with research, partnerships and so much more in an effort to honor and better take care of our country’s heroes and their families.
