INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (January 3, 2013) – The FACE Low-Cost Spay/Neuter Clinic and IndyFeral along with FIDO (Friends of Indianapolis Dogs Outdoor) are offering supplies for animals who are at risk due to dangerously low temperatures.

“Temperatures are going to be the lowest we have seen in 20 years and we’re asking pet owners and community cat caretakers to take action to ensure the safety of Indianapolis cats and dogs,” said Ellen Robinson, director of FACE Low-Cost Spay/Neuter Clinic. “We’re providing free help to people caring for outdoor cats and through our partnership with FIDO are offering bedding for dogs kept outside and crates so dogs normally kept outdoors can be brought in.”

No Indianapolis resident will be turned away. Donations to FACE and IndyFeral or FIDO are gladly accepted to help continue these outreach efforts.
