INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (August 10, 2014) — A Noblesville woman is behind bars, accused of killing two people in a car wreck.

The accident happened just before 10:30 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of Fall Creek Road and Sandy Key Lane. Officers found a black Cadillac SUV and a blue Ford Explorer that crashed head-on.

The backseat passenger and driver in the Ford Explorer were declared dead on scene. They have been identified as David Foster, 50, Indianapolis, and Whitney Miller, 28, Fortville.

The driver of the Cadillac has been identified as Paige Byers, 22, Noblesville. She has been preliminarily charged with two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated causing death and one count of operating a vehicle while intoxicated causing serious bodily injuries.
