IMPD investigating car hit by bullets on city’s north side

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (September 27, 2015) – An investigation is underway on the city’s north side after a car was hit by bullets early Sunday morning.  IMPD says the PT Cruiser with Missouri plates could be seen sitting in the Dunkin Donuts parking lot in the 5000 block of Michigan Road.  There was at least one bullet hole in the back door.

Police believe somebody shot the car as the driver was heading down Michigan Road. No injuries were reported.
