DES MOINES, Iowa (Jan. 31, 2016) – Hours before the Iowa Caucuses, the candidates are crisscrossing the state in a last minute effort to gain support.

In the final Des Moines Register/Bloomberg Politics Iowa Poll released Saturday night, Donald Trump maintains a lead over Ted Cruz 28 to 23 percent. Marco Rubio polled third with 15 percent.

Among Democrats, Hillary Clinton maintains an ever-so-slight lead over Bernie Sanders 45 to 42 percent.
