The state Supreme Court will hear a case on hazing at an Indiana college.

A group of fraternity members at Wabash College are accused of hazing a freshman student. He was knocked out and then dropped by the fraternity brothers as they tried to throw him in a shower.

In October, the state Court of Appeals ruled that the student wasn’t hazed under Indiana’s anti-hazing laws.
