Maxim Indy 500 party draws celebrities to downtown Indianapolis

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. — It’s the 100th running of the Indianapolis 500 and along with big crowds there’s also big parties.

On Friday night, hundreds gathered at Maxim’s Indy 500 party. This was similar to the Super Bowl party held in Indianapolis in 2012.

Karma International put on the event. There was a red carpet along with models, living art, and strolling performers.

Several Hollywood celebrities were there including Chris Pine, Flo-rida, Andrew Luck, and David Letterman.

IndyCar racers, Buddy Lazier, Spencer Pigot, Graham Rahal, Bryan Clauson, John Force, and Matt Brabham, were also present.

VIP tables, which went for $11,500, sold out.

General admission was $500.
