A man who has connections to one of the suspects in the Richmond Hill explosion was arrested in Southern Indiana Thursday.

Marion County prosecutors charged David Gill, along with Richmond Hill defendant Mark Leonard, in a motorcycle insurance fraud scheme.

Investigators said Gill and Leonard reported a motorcycle stolen when it was actually stripped and sold for parts.

Gill was questioned in November about his knowledge of the south side explosion that killed two people and damaged dozens of homes.

In the past, investigators have said they believe there is a fourth person in the conspiracy to destroy Moncy Shirley’s house but Gill is not facing any charges in that case.
