INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (December 8, 2014) – A pedestrian was struck by two different cars and killed on the city’s northwest side Sunday night.

The accident happened around 11:25 p.m. near the intersection of Highland Rd and 71st Street.

According to police, a male was struck by one car. The driver of that car pulled over and was getting out of the car when another car hit the person and left the scene.

Police do not have a description of the second car.

The victim, identified as Christopher A. Barton, 20, of Indianapolis, was pronounced dead at the scene.
