Investigation finds no foul play in baby’s death at Zionsville daycare

ZIONSVILLE, Ind. (Jan. 10, 2014)— Indiana State Police have concluded their investigation into the death of a 3-month-old girl who died while at a Zionsville daycare last August.

Police said no charges will be filed in the infant’s death. According to police, 3-month-old Charlotte Henthorne was taking a nap and later found unresponsive in her crib. It happened at Dawn Til Dusk Daycare at 11702 N. Michigan Rd.

An autopsy revealed the baby died of natural causes.

The daycare is licensed and has no complaints or violations according to state records.
