The Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra has reached their $5 million fundraising goal.
The ISO gave itself 90 days to come up with the money. The amount is what the ISO usually raises over an entire year.
It’s a promise ISO leaders made when they agreed to a new five-year contract with the musicians.
Musicians had been working under a temporary agreement since their five week lockout ended in October.
- ISO within $1M of goal for new contract to take effect
- Symphony needs to raise additional $2.8 million for new contract to take effect
