INDIANAPOLIS – For a sixth consecutive year, the best of local and national basketball players are making their way to IUPUI for a couple of weeks of late summer hoops.

That also includes the Hoosier State’s biggest college basketball rivalries.

Highlighting the sixth season of the Knox Indy Pro-Am will be a match-up of the alumni of Indiana University and Purdue University teams. They will meet for the second annual game on Saturday, July 26th at The Jungle on the campus of IUPUI.

“We want to put those guys together and create something spectacular,” said Pro-Am founder Carlos Knox of the Indiana-Purdue alumni game. “Last year it was nothing short of spectacular. It was a great showing. These guys really came out and played hard.”

Among the alumni in the game will be former Hoosiers' guard Jordan Hulls while D.J. Byrd and Terone Johnson will suit up for the Purdue squad for the Alumni Rivals Rematch.

Last year it was the Boilermakers alumni that came home with the victory.
