LAFAYETTE, Ind. (Mar. 15, 2016)– Police in Lafayette are searching for a missing man who suffers from dementia.

The Lafayette Police Department says Steven Snyder, 66, left his residence on the south side of Lafayette around 4:30 p.m.

He was last seen wearing a beige jacket with a flannel liner and jeans. He is described as 5’10” tall, weighing approximately 150 pounds, with very short cut hair. Snyder left his residence driving a blue 2008 Smart Car with a convertible top. The vehicle has an Indiana handicapped tag of D727NH.

Snyder was possibly seen in the area of Ace Hardware/Payless on Beck Lane around 6 p.m.
