BLOOMINGTON, Ind. — A train struck and killed a Bloomington man Tuesday night.

According to the Bloomington Police Department, officers responded around 7:30 p.m. to an area southwest of the intersection of West 3rd Street and Muller Parkway. They discovered a train struck and killed a pedestrian.

The Monroe County Coroner’s Office identified the deceased as 25-year-old Kevin D. Magee of Bloomington. His preliminary cause of death is blunt force trauma.
