INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (Oct. 21, 2015)– Police say a man driving his motorcycle Wednesday near Fall Creek Parkway and Hague Road died after attempting to pass another motorcyclist while coming around a curve with a double yellow line.

The victim didn’t know the other motorcyclist, according to police. An SUV coming in the opposite direction on the curve struck the man, who police say is 34 years old. He has not yet been identified.

A mother and her three children were in the SUV. The children had no injuries and the mother suffered a minor laceration.

The investigation is ongoing. At this time police say alcohol is not believed to be a factor.
