Marion Co. probationary deputy arrested for public indecency in Fishers

FISHERS, Ind. (Feb. 21, 2014)– A probationary deputy with the Marion County Sheriff’s Department is out of a job following an incident at a workout center in Hamilton County.

Phillip Reed, 30, was arrested for public indecency after Fishers police responded to a report of a man exposing himself to a woman at an L.A. Firness on 116th St.

Reed was hired by the Sheriff’s department and was waiting to graduate from the Law Enforcement Academy. He has been fired in relation to this arrest.

He is free on $500 bond as of Friday evening.
