GIBSON COUNTY, Ind.—A southwestern Indiana man was arrested Monday night after police said he drove his moped with a blood alcohol content that was more than twice the legal limit.

Dudley Tinsley, 55, smiled for his mug shot as he was booked into the Gibson County Jail on a charge of driving while intoxicated, a Class A misdemeanor.

Police said a trooper with Indiana State Police pulled Tinsley over at West and Dale streets and Oakland City after he was observed riding his moped left of center and made an unsafe lane movement. Further investigation revealed Tinsley had a BAC level of .18 percent.
