A motel clerk who was shot during an apparent robbery has died from her injuries.
Amy Ginger, 31, died from a single gunshot wound to the head.
Marion Police said Ginger was shot at the Ambrosia Inn early Sunday morning. Wittnesses said they herad a struggle and then gunshots.
A safe was taken from the motel.
Police are continuing to search for two black male suspects. Anyone with information is asked to call police.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 5, at Goodwin-Cale & Harnish Memorial Chapel with Alan Crull officiating.
Calling hours are from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 4, and one hour prior to the service Saturday, all at the funeral home.
Burial will be in Grove Cemetery in Poneto.
