NOBLESVILLE, Ind. — Police in Noblesville are investigating after a person was shot and killed in a residential area inside the city.
Noblesville Police were called around 10:30 p.m. Thursday for a person shot.
A male, police said, was found lying in a driveway in the 21000 block of Raccoon Court, a residential area near 216th Street and Little Chicago Road.
Police say they are not sure if the male is a juvenile or an adult.
“It’s just sad that it happened. I don’t know the reason why it happened, but nobody deserves to get shot. That’s just the times we’re in right now,” said one unnamed neighbor.
Police said they questioned three people who were “associated” with the incident. They were all released.
