2 ½ tablespoons olive oil
½ cup pine nuts
1 garlic clove
2 cups Daisy Brand Cottage Cheese
½ cup fresh basil leaves
salt and pepper to taste
In a food processor or blender, combine olive oil, nuts and garlic. Blend until smooth. Add cottage cheese and basil. Blend until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with fresh vegetables.
Makes 10 servings of ¼ cup each (about 2 ½ cups dip) 112 calories per serving.
