INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (April 2, 2015)– Following the local and national backlash of Indiana’s Religious Freedom Restoration Act, Visit Indy launched their #LOVEINDY campaign, reminding Hoosiers and visitors that Indiana was a state that welcomed all.
The organization created two “NDY” sculptures and placed them in two locations downtown. The sculptures will move around the city throughout the summer, but you can currently find them at the following locations:
- West Street and Washington Street in front of the Eiteljorg Museum
- Massachusetts Avenue and Alabama Street in front of Bru Burger
Visitors are asked to be the “I” in Indy, and post their photo on social media, answering “I love Indy because…” and using the hash tag #LOVEINDY. For more information about the campaign, click here.
