PLAINFIELD, Ind.—The Plainfield Police Department announced they will hold a news conference Friday afternoon regarding the case of missing Plainfield man Morgan Johnson.
Johnson, 28, was reported missing in May 2011. A Silver Alert was issued for Johnson after he was last seen leaving a Plainfield motel without his seizure medication, said authorities.
The missing man’s family filed a complaint with the Indiana Civil Rights Commission and several other agencies, claiming the Plainfield Police Department could have done more to find their loved one.
Friday, crews pulled a vehicle from an area pond. Authorities said the vehicle matched the description of Johnson’s vehicle.
The news conference will be at 1:30 p.m. Tune into Fox59.com as we live stream the press conference.
