A Rochester couple has been arrested after police said they found their four kids near an active methamphetamine lab.

Officers raided the home of Blanford and Summer Tolbert Friday following a three month investigation.

Inside, police said, they found four kids ranging from 5 to 17 years old just feet away from an active lab.

Emily Thompson and Calvin Bridges were also found operating the meth lab, officials said.

The lab was less than a mile from an elementary school.
