Police were called to the 3300 block of Devereaux Drive just before 4 p.m. Saturday.

A short time later, 20-year-old suspect Jordan Dugar Loy returned to the residence in a black Infinity and was arrested.

Police say Loy and the victim were in a relationship and that the shooting may be the result of a domestic dispute.

Loy has been taken in for questioning.
