INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (Dec. 30, 2015)– Police released photos Wednesday of suspects wanted in connection with several armed robberies at an east side Game Stop.
On November 21 around 7:30 p.m., police responded to the 4400 block of East 10th Street on an armed robbery report.
According to police, two suspects entered the store and told everyone to get on the ground. One of the suspects had a handgun. The armed suspect ordered an employee to open the register. The two suspects fled the store on foot with an undetermined amount of money.
On December 14, around 6:40 p.m., officers responded to the same Game Stop on another report of an armed robbery. Victims told police that three male suspects entered the store. One had a handgun. Money was demanded from a store employee and the suspects fled the scene after the employee complied.
On December 29, officers responded to a third armed robbery at the store. Two armed male suspects fled the store after receiving money.
Officers nearby were able to find two males matching the suspects’ descriptions. The two ran, and police were unable to capture them.
The same suspects are also suspected of having committed armed robberies at the following Game Stop businesses:
- Game Stop (7255 North Keystone Avenue 12/17/15)
- Game Stop (10777 East Washington Street 12/16/15)
IMPD said the 2-4 suspects are in their late teens to early twenties. They were described as wearing dark clothing, including hoodies and jackets. During some of the robberies, the suspects had their faces covered with masks. One or two were normally armed with a black handgun. They reportedly measure between 5’8″ and 6’1″.
