Police searching for men who robbed Circle K on northwest side

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (April 16, 2016) – Police are searching for two men who they say robbed a Circle K on the city’s northwest side.

It happened at 4624 North Lafayette Road around 9:30 p.m. Monday.

Police say one man entered the store and brought items to the counter. When the clerk opened the drawer, the man pulled out a black semi-automatic handgun, pointed it at the clerk and demanded money. Police say that man is around 25-30 years old, 5’4”-5’5” and was wearing all black with gray sneakers.

Police say another man entered the store and pointed a silver revolver at the clerk.  He was wearing a white hoodie, a black jacket, a ball cap, black pants and black and white sneakers.

The men took money and fled in a dark colored car.
