INDIANAPOLIS (January 31, 2016) - Indiana lawmakers are working on a new plan to make it harder for meth addicts to get their hands on cold medicine- a key meth-making ingredient.

But how far should they go? And what would that mean for the average law-abiding citizen who needs the medicine to get well?
