Hummus and Veggie Wrap

  • 1 small container Sabra Hummus of your choice
  • 1 C matchstick cut carrots
  • 1 small cucumber- peeled, seeded and cut into stick or dice- reserve 1 C
  • 1 small tomato- seeded and diced
  • 2 C mixed greens
  • 4 large tortillas ( I used Toufayan Bakeries garden veggie gluten-free)
  • Lay out the tortillas.

Spread desired amount of hummus in the center of each wrap. Layer remaining ingredients on each one. Wrap in the style of your choosing.
